1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the SarvPay app/website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. This platform is owned and operated by Sarvpay Universe OPC Private Limited. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Nature of Platform
SarvPay acts as an Intermediary and Digital Service Marketplace. We do not provide direct products but facilitate services via third-party APIs and Partner Networks. Our role is limited to being a facilitator between the user and the service provider.
3. Commission & Rewards
• Self-Recharge: Users are eligible for up to 3.5% commission on successful self-recharge transactions.
• Referral System: A commission of up to 0.25% is credited to the referrer only when the referred user completes a successful recharge. No commission is paid for mere sign-ups.
• Usage Policy: Commissions are credited to the SarvPay wallet for Mobile/DTH recharges only. There is currently NO provision for bank withdrawals.
4. Partner Marketplace Redirection
Clicking Partner Marketplace links redirects you to external merchant sites. Any activity (purchases, data sharing) on those sites is at your sole discretion.
5. Successful Tracking
To ensure commission tracking, transactions must be completed in the same session immediately after redirection. Using external coupon sites or navigating away will result in tracking failure.
6. Upcoming Coin System
The "SarvPay Coin" program is under development (Beta). Once launched, these coins will hold no monetary value outside the app and are non-transferable.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Deoria, Uttar Pradesh, India.
